Audio Illusion: Creating Powerful Moments in Unexpected Ways

What you hear in a movie is not real. When you watch a movie, the actors may be real, the location may be real, the animals may be real, but what you hear is an illusion. Come help us tell a good story and create some amazing sounds from unexpected objects.

Storytelling Through Movie Production Design

Learn about production design and how it creates the world of a movie with Mark Hofeling, a production designer with over 30 years of experience in film. He will share how he began his work in film, show his process on his most well-known films (High School Musical and Descendants films), and workshop with attendees how their favorite film settings help tell a great story.
